At Special Olympics Pakistan, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and athlete-centered environment where every individual, especially children & vulnerable adults are treated with dignity, respect, and care.

Our Safeguarding Policy is actively implemented across all programs, events, and activities. Developed through legal review and aligned with international standards, the policy reflects our local context and outlines clear responsibilities, prevention measures, and reporting procedures. It is designed to protect all participants from abuse, harm, and misconduct—whether verbal, physical, emotional, sexual, written, or online.

Safeguarding is a shared responsibility. We must work together to build a culture of safety, trust, and inclusion at every level of our work.
