Refund Policy

Special Olympics Pakistan is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities through sports and inclusion programs. Donations and registration fees directly support these initiatives.

As such, all donations are non-refundable. Once a contribution is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure the accuracy of your donation details before confirming payment.

For marathon or fundraising event registrations, refund requests may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as event cancellation or duplicate payments. Requests must be made in writing within 7 days of payment confirmation by emailing specialolympics@cyber.net.pk with proof of transaction.

Chargeback Policy

To prevent misuse of donation systems, chargebacks made through your bank or card provider should only be initiated if you believe your card was used fraudulently or without authorization.
If a chargeback is made for a legitimate donation, we reserve the right to contact you for verification and supporting evidence.

We encourage all donors to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback to allow for prompt resolution.
